Financing the company, as you state, isn't running the company. Furthermore, it's only cash to the company if the shares were purchased from BIEL, and not other shareholders selling while you are buying. BIEL is running on dilution - or has been, until it can generate positive cash flow. That is nothing apropos of shareholders 'running the company'. When you get a spot on the BOD, or an executive position in BIEL, I will reconsider.
