That Tangiers 8k was back in April BEFORE the big spike to .02, as we are well aware tangiers is a notorious dilutor but to assume that they stuck around and held the stock on its accent to .02 and didnt sell into that momentum is just plain dumb, its relatively safe to say Tangiers is done. They had 51 million shares to dump, in the two month accent to .02 100's of millions of shares were traded. I'm confident they were somewhere in that mix.
