they buyout price is going to be greater.

.38 and that is on the current filings.. conservatively.

so hard to articulate this with enough emphasis.

this is straight buyout LEAVING 2 lawsuits to be continueD or refiled after acquisition

its much more complicated if buyout comes after 1 or two lawsuits finish.
