Yes, as IMO, based upon the IFUS facebook website and the apparent deployment of new(er) equipment and the introduction of new product(s).

Note: also the IFUS mgmt seems to be extremely hard working, highly motivated and their product line which appears to be a much needed product in the industry with a low capital cost and high margins, given the right circumstances and capital along with the potential for a favorable court ruling, likely in Dec? would appear to also be a big plus pending the court's decision.

Note: this is a speculative stock so in my opinion, a well diversified investor should only invest what they can afford to lose and if they have the patience for this type of investment to play out, but even though IFUS is a high risk type spec investment, IMO, I do like the potential for a very high reward type payout.

Perhaps your own due diligence research trip to the IFUS plant and seeing their production facilities and employees in LA and meeting with mgmt would serve you well in helping to make your decision.
