Like Adam S Tracy, Sergio La Grasta (who also uses attorney Peter L Chasey), and Robert Stevens, I think she hijacks the shells just to flip them for a profit. It costs very little for the court filing fees to steal these shells and then they can set up some convertible debt Notes from the legal fees they charge the shells for their services which then creates the potential for some kind of insider enrichment pump&dump scam.

Not all hijackers just flip the shells for a profit. Richard Astrom used to sell his shells for debt Notes then turn those debt Notes into a ridiculous amount of dilution for the enrichment of himself and his family.

Warren Wheeler (who sometimes uses attorney Peter L Chasey) stays involved in most of his shells that he hijacks using them for his own enrichment often hiring promoters to tout his tickers while he is selling stock into the market.

I'm not seeing Eastern Environmental Solutions Inc (EESO) though, but obviously it was hijacked by Rhonda Keaveney and sold to new ownership who have changed the name to Precicion Trim Inc. The share structure is pretty small already so it will be interesting to see if it does a Reverse Split like all the other shells she sells as a way of wiping out all the old shareholders.
