"Smart Money" is a racetrack term and is meant when just before post time tons of money come in one horse. They win at most 30% of the time, but at least the Racing Form has all the entries. My guess is that maybe 5% of the investing public have ever even heard of Virtra. Just because you have an active Board on I-Hub doesn't mean diddley sh-t.
