I agree with you BillPR. A company like VirTra that has grown and has now developed into a stable and profitable enterprise absolutely needs to begin the process of uplisting its common stock. As you are probably aware this is a process. VirTra is not an SEC registered company and therefore it cannot move to a National Exchange such as NASDAQ until it becomes registered.

An obvious first step is to move to the OTCQX - a premier quotation level for non-penny stock companies. This premier tier of the OTC identifies companies on a path to a National Exchange. At this tier Morningstar will initiate coverage and many funds will consider early stage investments if all of the other qualitative and quantitative listing requirements are met or are within reach.
