MM's do not control any stocks only traders do. The only way you will ever see any MM's on a bid or ask is when there is a buyer or a seller. Those are the facts. So the proper phrase will be will the traders let SFOR run. IMO the SFOR DD is top notch and the best in penny land. Moat will hold for much bigger money at pennies and silver coins above IMO. Some small time traders will sell on the way up. These trip to penny and silver runners take time. However we have a few tricks up our sleeves that could change everything overnight at anytime. And those would be a solid buyout could happen at anytime for a big name company and a lot of big PR's are on the way ahead. More products will be unleased very soon also. .001 had over 70 million in bid supports and on Friday .0011' showed 14 million in bid supports. Trying to flip at .0012 or .0013 here is insane IMO. There I a small block at .0014 that will break when the bids at .001 and .0011 move up to .0012's etc. ahead.
