Not really sure why are posting so much about tesla on liquidmetal site, but don't really care about tesla one way or another.

In regard to Apple, I don't see this taking another 2-3 years before they launch a liquidmetal product. The 6-7 years of developing patents and perfecting the process has been more than enough time. I believe most of the inventors of the technology agree and posted this kind of time frame as well!

In addition Apple is ripe and really needs to launch a ground breaking phone in 2018 or they will see drastic losses in profits. Liquidmetal is certainly a part of their plan to launch the next revolution in phone technology!

My guess is some parts of the iPhone 7 will be made from liquidmetal to further test the technology in their phones before a casing is made for the iPhone 8!

Bottom line- 2018-19 is way too far out of a prediction when Apple needs something right NOW!!!
