Their whole explanation for the late filings is ridiculous. Think about it. If as they stated in the last PR “the business is on track, but there has been a lack of acknowledgement by the market…” then why in the world didn’t they get that bad 2015 10K filed and in the rear view mirror a long time ago! Then they could have been filing all these supposedly wonderful 2016 10Qs showing how much debt they are eliminating and how much the company revenue is increasing… and the market COULD HAVE acknowledged it IF they are actually turning things around. Instead they decide to go delinquent with filings, increase the AS to 2B, and put out these nonsense PRs saying how the market hasn’t acknowledged the intrinsic value… like that is somehow our fault.
