I have JPHC shares in my account still...

I called my broker after the PR a while back that stated we
needed to call and request the exchange of shares to
restricted PAIV shares, they said they were on it,
called again more recently and they said they were
still on it...

my question is: Should I already have the new shares
or are others also still holding the old JPHC shares?
