What are your conclusions on this litigation with Nokia?

IMO the CC will produce no new news. Hope Im wrong but management will try and answer some questions and maybe some damage control. No fluff is going to help them now so we better be hearing some positive facts.

But the big damage has already been done. Im hearing margin calls from some investors so more selling coming in the next few days. The up momentum has taken a huge hit and without some real positive news Im affraid futher downside is in the future. Many long holders and supporters have taken hits. Thats hard to regain their trust. I realize this was unforseen by most of us but IDCC management IMO new there was trouble and dumped that PR on its investors with little warning.

Lets all hope there is something really positive in todays CC or our share price maybe be tanking further. If the large institutions start dumping after the call, God help us all.
