Interesting he disclosed 2,918,213,560 fully diluted shares

Moran has issued several 8-K filings which state that there are about 2.4B oustanding shares, yet the 10-Qs show increasing quanities of fully-diluted shares that well exceed that number:

1Q/14: 2.58B
2Q/14: 2.61B
3Q/14: 2.92B

And in the 3Q/14 filing, the weighted average shares outstanding is shown as 2.8B, which well exceeds the 2.76B issued and outstanding (as of 7/6/16) shown on page 1 of the filing.
