Upon either a settlement or court verdict, but exact timing is impossible to predict. I'm hoping for a settlement, as I believe that is the quicker of the two possibilities. We all know how long things can be tied up in the courts! Of course on the flip side a court verdict could influence perhaps out-of-court settlements with the other two defendants, and more substantial damages! Time will tell, and we are at the mercy of that unknown factor! Patience is indeed a virtue, but difficult to maintain when the market has you beaten down! LOL Hang tough, have faith, and get ready to rock! GO SFOR!!!
