Spencer-I don't think a suitor could justify the price IDCC would require for its' ipr at these levels. I also think that any suitor is waiting for Sam to be concluded.Loto-the magic words are major 3g license(s) and I think that the big boys will stall because they know that someone will buy out IDCC.This is all just speculation on my part and your conclusions are just as valid as mine, but I just feel that after Sam, the jockeying will begin re: qcom,nok,mot etal with the field of players remaining diminished by consolidation. In a typical consolidation phase only companies with a monopolistic position can go it alone and our little company does not have that. Maybe this latest market action was a shot across our bow to remind us that we can be dropped faster than a Joe Frazier left hook.The wireless marketplace will ultimately dictate our value, not the analysts in my opinion.
