Lets all agree to disagree, its kinda boring watching the verbal tennis its a no win situation . What is happening here is nothing unusual in OTC land despite what is implied. I see this kind of trading all the time in the pennies especially when volumes are light and news is awaited, easy to play with stocks that do not take much skin to move because everyone is waiting for the next move.

With Level 2 its easy to see the manipulation , both ways
Some people will sell if they get bored and see something else to trade, want/need the cash.
CDNL is now oversold (and a bounce on a positive is likely)
Spread was 10% today most of the time , not a realistic market but possible due to lack of buying pressure, which if a positive is seen will return
The tweets have exasperated the PPS decline as people have a heads up on time frame and likely release times.People then not wanting to hit the ask because they see no immediate need and the MM will find them.
I remain confident that when the financials are released and if the milestones continue to be met i will regret not having the $ to buy more at this time.
Time will tell, and we are hopefully closing in on the next step.
