I think you guys may have it twisted a bit, its not that he is not delivering when he says he will (he's been pretty good at producing 8ks when he says he will), its that he gives these flippers a road map of how long they have to manipulate the stock price. That's the big issue, but we have all known the real gains will be a waiting game. I wish he would just surprise everyone with the big news instead of giving a two week heads up and allowing these guys to play with share price. But alas if you believe in the company this is also your opportunity to pick up cheaper shares. IMO
