The reason the S7 cannot be built is due to not meeting Federal Crash standards. They lacked the funds then and now to redesign the car to meet those standards. Hell they couldnt even deliver the last couple cars built and were sued for failure to complete their contract. In fact the last complete S7 was collateral on a defaulted debt and was lost.

Worse yet, again not providing their filing on time, the 10K is just going to continue showing defaulted debt, lack of capital and nothing new.
