Tracy appears to be on the varsity team as compared to Jaclin, who was simply accused of orchestrating a shell factory, administering and carrying out guidance as to concealing its non operating status, phony shareholders and nominee officers etc in his successful efforts (until recently) to conceal ownership & control as well as deceiving the SEC the company had operations so the registration statement could go effective.

I believe jaclin comes up short as not being accused of a "shell hijacker" which leaves his alleged criminal resume wanting.

I've had interaction with Jaclin in the past as he's represented many otc companies (perhaps not any longer). I can say Jaclin was a nice enough fella without the stench of some others you've named. Nice guy but there was a tip off from his previous law firm

Speaking of others you named, Ive had the misfortune of knowing Zouvas and couldnt be happier he's been charged.. hes still on my contact list from years ago as being a lawyer with APZ Law... in my note section is the word "scumbag". My short term dealings with him forced me to rush into the bathroom and disinfect myself. I havent read the complaint so I dont even know if that law firm still exists.
