EVERYTIME THE REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES ARE BROUGHT UP, YOU START TALKING ABOUT KEN MACIORA.

Ken Maciora is not the person who is using GreenPay as the contact for the property in Hawaii.

Ken Maciora is not the person who changed the address for GreenPay to the one where Ed lives on that document related to the real estate property in Hawaii.

When Ken Maciora loses his lawsuit, it will not change the fact that the public record says that MYEC/GreenPay/Ed Starrs own the property on the deeds that have been shown here.

Saying that the real estate is immaterial is absolutely ridiculous.

Material means significant and/or relevant.

The real estate is not relevant the the Ken Maciora case. I agree with that. Therefore THE LAWSUIT SHOULD NOT BE BROUGHT UP TO ARGUE AGAINST THE EXISTENCE OF THE REAL ESTATE.

The real estate would however be material (significant/relevant) to the audit engagement.

Materiality is usually established by using a percentage of revenues or assets. The value of the properties is a huge percentage of both revenues and assets and would be deemed material, no question about it.

Any sentence that includes "Ed Said" has lost all relevancy due to #EdPumps.

If someone wants to find out who owns a property, they look at the public record. Public record shows GreenPay LLC owned by MYEC.

There is no interpretation or assumptions needed when simply reading a name on a public record document.

The truth is that there are many unanswered questions surrounding the real estate. No one here has presented one reasonable explanation for the real estate not being shown on MYEC's books.

The references made to a statement in the lawsuit that says "no evidence to support allegations" are not an explanation for the real estate. The allegations are not about real estate, the lawsuit is about the issuance or non-issuance of shares and the complicity of the auditors.

I challenge anyone to provide a reasonable explanation for the real estate properties OR a reasonable argument against the validity of the public record deeds and other documents showing GreenPay/MYEC/Ed Starrs.

Remember, any statement containing the words "Ed Said" will be countered by 5 #EdPumps that clearly discredit anything that "Ed says"... So please use credible sources... Such as public record...
