Oh yeah, sure, the Judge will not laugh his/her ass off in private as they wander down the perilous path of Animal House antics designed by 1800blogger, conspirator, and serial share scammer Kenneth Maciora.

Regardless, he/she will rule on the Motions before him/her using existing Rules of Civil Procedure. The defense motions will prevail.

Maciora didn't rely on the audited Form 10 when he decided to buy non-issued shares.
