You can do all the calculations you want on every company LP has ever financed and it means zilch, zippo, nada! Every single solitary ticker has different needs/reasons to raise cash!!! IF you followed/traded SNGX for years, as I have, you would understand WHY they raised the cash. You are taking a sample of companies on a list, you know nothing about, IMO, and coming to a useless conclusion. This is an event driven sector, which in SNGX's case, currently is waiting for data to drive the price higher. You fret about the toxic debt and I'll wait for news to put a smile on my face!
