If I had to guess, and I do because I don't know exactly how it's done down here, I would say typically a group that buys tons of shares (some of the 300 mil sold under half a penny here) exits after the huge move and another group, knowing there will be selling, shorts.

I just wish we had a little more heat in the frying pan, imho if the financials were to come out before the end of month and the camwater deal gets an official PR, (which it looks like it will per KJ, https://twitter.com/krjcardinal/status/750871756504698881) then we would see a short squeeze.
