Weaken the empire internally and externally; destabilize the middle east to create more radicals and general chaos across the board; threaten our largest enemies, like Russia, in a game of chicken – hopefully they will strike the home land and kill many; poison the food supplies like GMOs to kill in the long term; increase and support absurd immoral behaviors to destroy the family unit, like more LGBT agendas… anything else?

As to 1Tim.4:1-3 and the trends abroad in the world at that time, I do believe it is true that the religious movement of antichrist will make great use of encouraging behavioral extremes, pronouncing them "holy" and acceptable whether they run to lasciviousness or, in this case, asceticism. In either case, marriage, which represents an avoidance of both extremes, will be discouraged by antichrist's religion
