By "play" I mean "significant spike in PPS." NHS won't cause a significant spike in PPS, IMO. Barely a blip, in fact. But we'll see.

It is not merely "the same tech" -- it is the same device packaged different ways. Sewn into a knee brace, sewn into a back brace, packaged with some bandaid strips, etc -- always the same identical device.

Have you noticed that the CEO of almost every developmental biotech is a marketer or salesperson graduate of business school -- rarely a medical doctor? The inventor of the drug/device is rarely if EVER an officer or even an employee of the company. Biotech is business.

I don't see anyone "using the FDA as an only argument for success." The company's success and shareholders' profiting from trading the company's stock are two VERY different things. I also don't see anyone accusing the company of "standing still." BIEL is pursuing FDA clearance and they are trying to sell their device. More power to them. Their lack of sales is not caused by a lack of trying, IMO.
