It's weird that the contract was PR'd today yet the 14% gain came yesterday and the article is making it sound like the share price jump took place after the PR announcement.

Edit: just saw it was posted on USASpending.gov on the 5th. So i guess that probably was the reason for the runup yesterday. I must have missed my morning check of usaspending yesterday morning.
