There are all manner of ways to look at NWBO. But there's only one correct one. Whoever can see closest to that before it's priced in wins (too late now for longs, unless they sell and buy CYTR out of the money calls before that opp slips by them too). You can think the hold is "positive," can think a BLA is being crafted or was recently submitted, or the opposite of these. It's really simple. Someone's very wrong here, and I have a hunch it's not the bears.
