I guess the arrest of Simmonds on this is good but what about the money he took from investors in 2014?
Does anyone know exactly how "Vertility" is related to Simmonds? I sent a check to Vertility Corporation for my shares two years ago. I managed to get someone on the phone at Vertility Oil and Gas yesterday who said that it is a separate company (I didn't quite understand how). He also said that Simmonds has plans to restructure and an announcement will be made within a month. I'm not really sue what any of this means.
