Im not sure what you are saying. But i called the TA of other tickers (pinksheet tickers if course) and every time I called they would give me a higher OS count of the company thus showing me that there was dilution going on. And the OS was alot higher than what there previous quarterly was stating. Alot of these companies would eventually end up gagging the TA so as for no invested to know they are diluting lol. Calling or emailing the TA is the surest way of getting the most truthful and current SS so long as they are not prohibited by the ceo of the ticker at hand in other words gagged.
