I doubt there are any ongoing negotiations at this point. You gotta draw the line in the sand. I think CATSA was the last outstanding negotiation item, and June 29 was the date of decision. Then, final write-ups and documents signed. Then the announcement.

Well, not really. Anything is possible, but I do think it was clear that the original plan was to have a decision wrapped up by June 29.

It may be that Platinum issues have delayed it simply from a logistical standpoint - PP had other meetings to go to...but surely the PP situation didn't affect the basic YES-NO decision.
