One has to wonder how long it will take for the one man consulting firm, MC+A, to realize that its consulting client, YIPI is a scam company that has issued false and misleading press releases and false and misleading financials....

Oh wait, it might not matter if scam company YIPI has issued a bunch of YIPI shares to MC+A in order to hire the one man firm for consulting work.
