I too got a check. It reflected about 3% of the amount covered by the RG/2 portion only. If you recall the DOJ accepted claims up to the 2008 time frame where the RG/2 case limited it to before 12/14/2006. Because there is no explanation with the check, it seems that these distributions are tied to that part of the case, and nothing yet from the DOJ portion.

The DOJ shows Dial went to a halfway house 6/1/16 and will be released from custody on 11/29/16.
