I don't know if more is coming later.

About 2 years ago Kesha told me that the DOJ had found considerable hidden assets of Jim Dial. Later she told me that the assets were heavily encumbered and that little or nothing could be recovered from them.

Heavy duty speculation here

If Dial had no recoverable assets why did he pay lawyers to appeal the recognized losses of $7.2 million to lower it to $5.4 million?

Dial was sentenced to 5 years in prison and went to prison in June 2011. He should be out now. But wait! The bureau of Prisons has kept us updated on the movements of the 3 criminals. Why hasn't announced Dial's release? Humm.

A condition of their plea deal was that if any information in the Financial Disclosure Statements they filed, was untruthful their sentences could be extended.

Maybe Dial is still in prison and maybe there is more money in our kitty.

Both "maybes" make me smile.

BTW. the "Intro" Section of the GFCI Board has an amazing history of the Grifco scam. I have no idea who put it together, but Thank You!
