I have to disagree. I am very critical of MVTG and the way that business has been carried out over the last year or so and I do not defend poor performance. However, MVTG do have a relationship with GE. The Horizon grant application is a joint MVTG / GE (well GE really) application that will end up funding the MVTG/GE projects if the grant is awarded.

Also the same people that worked closely with MVTG at Alstom are now at GE. Doesn't take a genius to figure out the relationship and hopefully the potential.
