Still doesn't make sense. How would the person who regained their abilities recover to the point that they know they are on a drug if they didn't know they were taking the drug before that point. It would make the placebo effect null and void after...because before they could regain memory...the drug would have had to work. If they get to that point...who cares if a placebo effect kicked in. No other drug would bring them to that point.
