New investor - some questions ...

I just bought in some TPIV after a little dd, i liked the charts and the news...

Some questions:

What was the reason for the reverse split? Its dropped off a bit since the rs.

Is tpiv making any attempts in uplisting to the big boards?

I am up a bit since buying in, friday i noticed someone decided to "paint the tape" with a .55 buy at ask
Volume was nothing out of the ordinary so this could have been a novice buying at market and getting nailed with a high ask

I do like the pipeline and potential. Also the partners sound very solid.

I noticed the orphan and fast track did not move the price much, in fact the price seems to have declined since both milestones.

My initial thought of a slow market reaction to the news is either waiting for p2 readout... Which would make tpiv dead money till then and we bounce between .30 and .80 over the bext few years

Are there any near term catalysts that can prop the pps? Ive heard mention of a p1 readout due in mid july but have not been able to find much on this.

I also noticed insider ownership is 46%
