Groen Brothers haven't filed Financials in 4 years. The SEC considers that severe delinquency to be sufficient cause to revoke GNBA's stock registration.

When, not if, the SEC ADMIN Law Judge revokes GNBA's stock registration the stock can never trade again. Essentially, Groen Brothers Avaiation Inc. will instantly become a private company with no public stock.
