People probably dumped this past week due to the lengthy time it's taking to announce a finalized aquisition. The intraday traders probably grew too impatient with their money being tied up. If the expected aquisition news wasn't announced prematurely I feel like we would've seen a price increase already. Unfortunately mm's have forced it down to trip 3's and 4's and locked it there until the major news arrives. I don't foresee any noticeable pps change until after the news release IMO
