There is nothing positive about this turd company unless you are Linda and Reggie collecting salary via toxic debentures screwing shareholders. The only DD one needs to look at here is the bloated share structure that has gone from 4 million to nearly 800 million in a few short months, the giant reverse splits as a results of Billions of shares dumped, the terrible past financials, the fact that the latest fins are months late, and most of all the .0001 share price tells you all you need to know. Delisting should have happened long ago to this share selling sham.
