Doc, an elephant embryo doesn't even weight 32 patients (randomized 2:1 at that).

Nothing will ever happen from such a small sample, except to inform a possible future P2 study, maybe (yes I said "P2").

And Pazdur specifically said "a doubling of PFS." 4 months won't do it, and neither will 6, or 8, maybe 10. 10 would be a good start.
