Reverse split? We don't need no stinkin' reverse split! First
off, to do a RS for the sake of getting SP to low $'s in order
to get relisted on Nasdaq is ludicrous. We are at least 2-3
years from even applying for the Nasdaq as the requirments are
strict, Pre-tax income of 2mm-11mm for previous 2-3 years, cash
flows of 27.5mm previous 2-3yrs, Market Cap. 550mm-850mm 12
months, Bid price of the stock must be $4.00 share, 2200 total
shareholders, or 450 Round lot shareholders. There are more
requirements but the above are the most pertinent. Safe to say
it will be 3 years before possible listing. But by then we
should be trading at that $4 ( or much higher ) level anyway so
Nasdaq listing would just build on that value.
