OTC investors would quickly learn that

Would they? Again, using BAYP as an example, a R/S 1:100 taking 1.5B down to 15M. Response when it's up to 239M a few months later: Wow the SS of this stock is great! Low O/S, low float!! It will move on any news!!! An ungagged TA which will tell you today the O/S is 695M, and the A/S 3.5B. The reaction: They must be getting ready to announce a big acquisition! Yippee!!!

Granted 95% of the pump crap is being posted by those who know the game: Pump, and sell to any dreamers who float in. And after buying the dream stock at the top, are the dreamers going to be interested in the O/S count doubling? When the PPS crashes, and then months later the pumpers come back, with the PPS approaching for what the dreamers bought it for, will the O/S count be important? Or will some pump post proclaiming the stock is worth at least $2?

Why should it be assumed OTC "investors" would quickly learn, when they are not interested in learning anything? It's too much of a fantasy dream world for em.

The only value of all TAs being ungagged is that it makes it easier for us evil bashers to short circuit the pumpers. Frustrating the pump is the entertainment. Short circuit the paid P&D by the insiders. See how the dreamers react. Also entertaining.
