My interpretation of the move restrictions seems different than reality.

1. Went all G early month

2. Back in mid month

3. All G on 23rd...

That means I only got one opportunity to move into the stock funds. I thought we got 2 opportunities a month and unlimited retreat rights to G...What am I missing
