I have no idea if that is THE Bill Delgado, but if it is then Ed looks completely ridiculous.

He is in an industry where security is paramount, and to have a high ranking employee with a criminal record cannot happen.

Furthermore, what is he doing hiring a dry-wall installer for his company???
