Can you relate your comment to my post? What if this is Bill Delgado and he is a shady dude willing to work with another shady dude to stop the one person that is providing massive competition to the industries Delgado and Maciora represent?

Global Digital Payments? Nevada Gold Casinos? Catch my drift?
