Schadel could easily issue more shares after the reverse split. He could say Kimmy was a consultant and and pay her in stock.

Now, that Schadel has gone dark he can screw over the shareholders even more as he doesn't need to report to the SEC.

No RS IMO, Ryan, all his family, and employees own the stock... It'll only hurt them! But then maybe that was a lie.. Don't think so based on the form 4's

Schadel has real issues being truthful - I wouldn't count on the Form 4s being accurate.

Many were filed when he had made the decision to go dark.
