Problem here is, this is not a fully reporting company, they are a report if you feel like it company, much like the companies I mentioned that only file 8k's. If this was a fully reporting company, there would have been an
E attached to the stock symbol back in April or before.
Funny huh?

I will repost and save this post for when the 10k is filed. Until then have fun Im not done buying and I would be very happy with lower prices for the rest. Here's the key they filed with the SEC for years so it is not a non reporting company trying to get fully reporting for the first time...CDNL is a long time SEC filer who has fallen behind by one 10k and one 10q. I am confident they will file a 10k before Summer turns to Fall.
