Great, updates on Twitter from a penny stock CEO.
That is reliable as hell.

No new shares have been issued in over a month except restricted shares per KJ's last update and the company has been paying off all the notes that came due for cash lately. Everyone knows Tangiers got a ton of shares in January and that was what took the stock price down from 4 cents to .004 and took the O/S over 500m but since then no free trading shares have been issued so your post is not an accurate depiction of the current situation.
