If Linda is in possession of knowledge that they have submitted for a BLA of some kind, I'd think that would be material knowledge and as a result, I would think she couldn't buy shares at this time.

Now... if she were to loan the company money... like Les did back in September?.... she might be able to give herself warrants if the debt isn't paid by a certain time, like 30 days.

I could be wrong on this... but I'd think that a bit odd if suddenly Linda and Les started buying shares like crazy, and then a few days later, good news broke.
