No he is right, I checked the times and sales page...

...(which is now cleared and set up for the new day), and there was no single 14.1 million trade, but about 100 trades , many with 999,900 shares and some smaller ones. I put all these single trades into Excel and they summed up to 14.1 million.

The "problem" was, they all occurred on 16:00:00 and 16:00:05 meaning (within 5 seconds or less) according to the times and sales page, so I guess Level 2 added them up and showed them as ONE SINGLE TRADE as you can see here:

But nevertheless,it doesn't depend on the trades if an ownership change occurred, but on WHO bought all these shares. One single buyer, or many buyers? I think we shouldn't be concerned about the NOLs... IMO
